Albanian Connection is free, and always will be!

We have a few optional premium features to enhance your Albanian Connection experience, such as and Coins. Coins unlocks added features, such as seeing users who have already read your messages, continuing with expired messages, and extending your messages for an additional 7 days.

Add photos to your Albanian Connection profile by following these steps:

1. Start by going to your profile
2. Click on the "Edit Profile" icon
3. Click the PHOTOS tab, then click "+" sign to import a photo from Facebook.

Please note that you can add up to nine photos to your Albanian Connection profile!

To change your profile photo, follow these steps:

1. Start by going to your profile
2. Click on the "Edit Profile" icon
3. Drag any of your photos to the first position in the profile preview. Everyone will now see this photo first!

To remove a photo from your profile, follow these steps:

1. Start by going to your profile
2. Click on the "Edit Profile" icon
3. Click on the "X" at the bottom of the photo
4. Click Delete when promted and that photo will be deleted.

One of the most important aspects of the Albanian Connection experience is that our users provide reliable information on their profiles.

Job and education information provide you with a deeper understanding of who you’re liking on and who’s liking you. Pulling this information from your Facebook profile means these details are more likely to be authentic and reliable.

If you don’t want to show your school or job information for privacy reasons, you can select an old occupation and/or school, change your Facebook information to be less specific, or delete these details from your Facebook profile.

Alternatively, you can deny Albanian Connection access to your work and education information during the account creation process.

Or you can follow these steps to change and/or delete this information inside Albanian Connection app

1. Start by going to your profile
2. Click on the "Edit Profile" icon
3. Click on the PREFERENCES tab
4. Click to Delete or change the information.

Your location will be automatically established by your phone's GPS when you login.

If you would like to update your location manually you can follow these steps:

1. Start by going to your profile
2. Click on the "Edit Profile" icon
3. Click on the DETAILS tab
4. Click on the location icon.

To enable location services for Albanian Connection on iPhone, follow these steps:

1. Open your device settings
2. Scroll down and select Albanian Connection
3. Find the "Location" option and ensure that "While Using the App" is selected

To enable location services for Albanian Connection on android, follow these steps:

1. Open your device settings
2. Scroll down and select Personal
3. Find the "Location Services" icon
4. Toggle the option from "off" to "on" Albanian Connection will only access your location when you have the app open.

To change your profile to public or hidden, open your "Settings" menu and toggle the "Public Profile" switch to "On" or "Off.

Please note: In order to save the changes you made, you must navigate to another screen in the app.

Switching your public profile to "On" will mean your profile is shown as normal. Switching it to "Off" means your profile will only be shown to existing matches and those who you've liked right on in the past.

My profile is hidden. Why am I still receiving matches?

When your profile is hidden, it's still visible to your current matches and people you swiped right on before hiding it.

We hope you're leaving us because you found the perfect match, or you've decided to just do you. To delete your account, please follow these steps:

1. Open the "Settings" menu of the app.
2. Scroll to the bottom and click on the "Delete account" button.
3. You will then be prompted to Confirm to finalize the process.
